Pizza Party
Although the pizza party was for Tristan's team party. We all went and had a great time. The kids got to play games and won some prizes. They played on dance dance revolution, the race cars, tried to win some candy and ski ball. Well mom and dad had to finish most of the games. They had these machines that you could put your coin in and depending on the number or hole you could just win tickets. One game Tristan put his coin in and it drops a ball and if it drops into the hole for the jackpot you win what ever the pot is at that time. Well this time the pot was 450 or something like that. Well he got the jackpot. We ended up with like 700 tickets and all the kids got some little prizes that I think are gone already. Oh well they had a great time.

Tristan's Last game and 1st Trophy.
So not much to say. Tristan had his last Game of the season and got his first Trophy. Here are some pictures.

iT has been awhile..
So the other day Mark asked if I had updated the blog. I said of course. Well then I looked at it has been a few weeks. So trying to remember things that are not on my camera is going to be hard. So lets see what I can remember and come up with. To start with although it is almost summer and should be warm, we have had a longer then normal June Gloom here in Southern California. So no real swimming yet. On top of it we have had a few storms that have come through with Thunder and Lightening and started 2 small fires on the hills but both put out right away. We love that type of weather here. With the cooler then normal temps the kids have been out riding their bikes almost daily. Tristan is a pro on his bike. Allyson wants nothing to do with taking off her training wheels and Gavin will not get on his big bike. The forecast looks good and should start to warm up soon we hope.

All about Tristan!!
Well, after only 6 tries, Dad was successful in getting Tristan to ride his bike without training wheels. He is so proud of himself and wants to ride everyday.

The Rooms are finished!!!
Well we took this long weekend as an opportunity to get some unfinished work done. The Kids Rooms. We got the wall stickers in the mail this week. I did not get the camera out until after we were just about done. We moved the boys into the room Allyson was in and vice verse.
Here are the pictures of Allyson's new room.
This is Allyson's sticker with a dancing Barbie.
She has a Tinker Bell wall clock with a plaque with her name.
This is her dressing station with hooks on the wall. Dad was not happy with the holes in his wall. Oh well it had to be done.
The boys plaques are sports. You can hardly make out Gavin's name.
Tristan wanted Optimus Prime.
Dad putting it up.
Gavin wanted Batman.
Above the bunk beds are little Optimus Prime and Batman stickers.
Although the kids have not adjusted to their new rooms and want to move back they do love the new decorations.

It has been awhile!!
I realized the other day that it has been a while since I posted anything. We have had a few things happening. First we did not get the school transfer that we were really hoping for. We are on the waiting list but are not holding our breath. We drove by the school that the kids will be going to and showed them the play ground. We will keep driving by so it is not a hard transition for them. We are hoping that they will be separated into different classes. We will have to wait until closer to the new school year to find out. I know they will be fine and are more then ready to start, but these are my first to go to school so I am allowed to be sentimental, Right??
I had a wonderful Mothers day. Since we have early church on Sunday (9am) and Dad and the kids wanted to get me breakfast in bed or take me out, we celebrated it on Saturday. I got to sleep in and got breakfast in bed. My favorite part is that the kids eat most of it. They each had a bite and were off to the other room for their breakfast. They each brought me home a key chain picture, one in the frame and a cookie. They love to draw and make cards. We had lunch at Grandpa and Grandma Collins house and got to swim for the first time this year.
We also got a new family picture! Which has been added to our blog and new pictures of the kids. Our kids are not camera shy at all. They love to get their pictures taken.
Well not much more then that. Before you know it will be summer and I for one can not wait for the warm weather to be around for more then just a day or two. This year we hope to teach Gavin to swim!! Wish us luck.
